"Manesty is a quite exceptional modern family house in one of Haslemere's most prestigious roads. The property was constructed by the current owner about 10 years ago and was built and specified to an excellent standard. The property extends to a very generous 5746 square feet providing spacious and beautifully proportioned accommodation over 3 floors. It has considerable versatility, with the potential for an integrated annexe. Some of the key features of the house include a lovely 23 foot dual aspect drawing room with fireplace, a kitchen/breakfast room and separate sun room with views on to the garden and a large master bedroom suite with walk-in wardrobe area and large en suite bathroom, a studio in the garden with power, gas and water and an integral triple garage. There is a large billiard room with plumbing for bathroom and kitchen and separate entrance which could make for a useful annexe/office/consulting room. In addition to this the property has a purpose built lift allowing for easy wheel chair access between the ground and first floors. The gardens have been beautifully landscaped and planted with a variety of interesting plants including cornus kousa, davidia involucrata (known as the handkerchief tree) as well as camellias, rhododendrons, several magnolias, acers and a fig tree.
