"An ATTRACTIVE AND VERSATILE semi detached late Victorian home just a short walk from Haslemere's pretty High Street and main line station.

9 Museum Hill, we understand, was built in 1897 by the well known Haslemere builder Hutchinson and has been carefully and sympathetically enlarged to provide spacious and versatile accommodation retaining many original character features. There are a number of rooms with wooden floors, fireplaces and high ceilings. On the first floor are four well proportioned bedrooms complemented by the generous family bath/shower room. Of particular note on the ground floor is the dining room which is open plan to the kitchen - perfect for entertaining. Elsewhere are an elegant bay fronted sitting room, family room, study, utility room, shower/cloakroom and further cloakroom. Set back from Museum Hill the property enjoys a discreet and tucked away location just moments from Haslemere High Street and a little farther but still within walking distance is the main line station.

The property is approached via its driveway with parking for two cars and brick pathway leading to the side of the house, entrance area, front garden and detached workshop. The established rear gardens are a particularly nice feature and provide both privacy and a beautiful backdrop to the house. There are lawns, trees, well stocked flower and shrub borders, a large sun terrace running across the back of the house and a further terrace towards the bottom of the garden, two sheds and the workshop with power, light and workbench."
