"6 Eliot Drive is a detached bungalow tucked away at the the end of this small cul-de-sac, with attractive and good sized front and rear gardens. The property, which could now benefit from some cosmetic improvements, also offers scope to extend (STPP) - a conservatory, especially, would enhance the bungalow. The accommodation comprises a nice sized entrance hall, front aspect sitting room with large picture window, a fireplace and opening through to a dining room. The kitchen overlooks the rear garden and there is a useful utility/lean-to. There are three bedrooms and family bathroom - the master benefiting from a door out to the garden. Located in a central and convenient location just outside the centre of Haslemere but in close proximity to local amenities of Wey Hill. Haslemere town centre is just a short drive away with a good range of independent shops and boutiques, restaurants and coffee houses. There are good road links to London and the south coast and Haslemere mainline station offers a fast train service to London Waterloo in around 52 minutes.
