DETAILS This four bedroom, two bathroom, three reception room detached family house is very well-presented throughout and is ideally situated in a small cul-de-sac in the Worplesdon area of Guildford, within about a mile of the town centre and mainline station. Further features include a modern fitted kitchen, large conservatory, secluded south-facing garden and driveway parking.

The storm porch leads to the front door into the hall with stairs to the 1st floor and door to downstairs cloakroom. To the left is the double aspect TV/playroom with windows to side and front and cupboard to corner housing boiler.
