"Situated on the south west side of this principally Victorian street within easy reach of central Guildford, this is a detached, double fronted, Victorian home that is at a stage in its life now where it requires a complete programme of renovation and modernisation. Laid out over two floors the accommodation is very symmetrical and well proportioned with two bay windowed reception rooms on the front, a further reception room on the back with an adjacent kitchen that also overlooks the rear garden. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom and on the lower ground floor there is a large basement area. At the back of the house there is a substantial rear garden which takes full advantage of its south westerly aspect to provide the house with a sunny and attractive setting and which is also an exceptional size for a house of this type. Within easy reach of the house is Guildford's beautiful and historic town centre with its huge collection of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops as well as its excellent commuter station that runs into Waterloo.
