"Tucked away down a no-through path on the ever increasingly popular Queen Elizabeth Park parkland-style development, the present owners have owned this property since new. This gave them the luxury of fully upgrading the specification to include oak internal doors, surround sound system in the majority of the house, a built-in TV in the en-suite and apart from bedroom three, down lighters in every room. Once through the front door, there is a decent size hallway with the stairs rising from it and the cloakroom, with an all white suite, partly tiled with a pretty mosaic detail trim and built-in mirror. There is useful storage under the stairs. This then leads through to the living space and firstly into the lounge with a 'big' feeling. At one end there is the bay window and making it cosy in the winter months is a contemporary remote controlled gas fire. The current owners have a wall mounted TV and should this be useful to the new owners, the ariel and mains point are wired into and hidden within the wall. At the opposite end to the window are double doors leading through to the dining room and kitchen. Firstly, the dining area, which like the rest of the house is bright, with the end of the room being a big window with double doors leading to the outside. This area is open-plan to the kitchen which really does have the 'wow' factor, offering a great amount of hand painted shaker-style units and wooden work tops, built-in Bosch appliances to include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, double oven, 5-ring gas hob and washer/dryer and there is also a very important flip-down TV at eye level. At the top of the stairs there is a very generous landing, here is the access to the loft which is boarded and has a fitted ladder along with the airing cupboard. Bedroom one is a superb size with fitted wardrobes with both hanging and shelving space along with an en-suite which contains both a bath and separate shower cubicle. The room is partly tiled and the suite is modern and has a silver mosaic effect Amtico flooring and a useful built-in 'toiletries' cupboard. To enhance the luxury is a fitted TV above the bath. Bedroom two is also a brilliant size with fitted wardrobes and like bedroom three overlooks the garden. Bedroom three is a good size single and currently occupying the room is a single bed leaving enough room for a desk and all the necessary drawers and cupboards etc. The family bathroom is fully tiled, again incorporates a contemporary white suite with heated towel rail, Amtico flooring and a large fitted mirror with overhead lighting."
