"A striking and substantial family house with extraordinary and uninterrupted views. Built and fitted to a very high specification with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, the design of this 2007 house is of distinct Arts and Crafts style with many architectural features respectfully influenced by the work of Sir Edwin Lutyens, the most renown and sought after architect of his time.
The accommodation is uncompromising in its scale and is oriented to take full advantage of the spectacular views to the South and West. The atmosphere is bright, airy and welcoming. An Opus integrated sound system is wired to all main areas. Vaulted ceilings and a perfect balance of both informal and more formal rooms over three storeys add to the appeal. A separate wing povides an additional bedroom and could be self-contained. The top floor is wonderful bonus space, ideal as a games room, gym, or additional bedrooms if desired.

Situation
