"Onslow Road is a quiet and extremely central location in Guildford within no more than a short stroll of its beautiful historic High Street and everything that goes with it. Laid out over three floors it is extremely unusual to find a maisonette of this size in such a central location especially one that has been so well cared for and maintained. On the ground floor there is a small entrance hall with a door into the garage which has been partially converted into an office space but would be very simple to convert back into a garage, if preferred. On the first floor there is a beautifully fitted kitchen with a whole range of wooden units, fitted appliances and space for a kitchen table and chairs and adjacent to this a well proportioned sitting room/3rd bedroom, with a central stone open fireplace with display shelves and built-in cupboards to either side. Also on this floor there are two further bedrooms, one of which could equally well be used as a dining room if preferred and a bathroom recently refitted with a white suite. On the top floor there is a large room which is currently being used as a second sitting room but would equally well serve as an excellent main bedroom. From here there are velux windows which allow in a great deal of natural light as well as giving views out across Guildford and on the other side across to the cathedral. Undoubtedly part of the pleasure of the maisonette is its central location which is no more than a short stroll from Guldford's historic character High Street with its excellent train station and it's huge array of bars cafes and restaurants that seem to cater for almost every conceivable taste and its almost endless shopping opportunities. Here you will also find entertainment options that include the Yvonne Arnaud theatre, the multi screen cinema and the now open G Live venue. The town as a whole is surrounded by some of the areas most beautiful countryside, most of which is easily accessible from central Guildford via a string of lovely English villages that go deep into the heart of the Surrey hills. All in all this is an extremely unusual maisonette in an excellent central location and one for which Curchods in Guildford are the Sole Agent."
