" Bramley House has been a happy family home from where the children could walk to school and is situated in a quiet & popular residential road. The children have now flown the nest, and so this attractive property is available for new owners to avail themselves of the convenience and accommodation this delightful house offers.

DETAILS Can there be a more conveniently situated five bedroom family home with such a private rear garden and so close to Guildford's most celebrated schools? We don't think so! 'Bramley House' is a beautifully presented detached, five bedroom family home which has been well maintained and sympathetically extended by the present owner. An oak pillared entrance porch over a solid oak front door opens to the large reception hall with doors to the cloakroom, the kitchen, family and sitting rooms. The sitting room is light and bright with windows on three sides including French doors to the back garden. Adjacent to the sitting room, and accessible from it, is the family room which can be put to a multitude of uses. The kitchen has been extended in more recent years to provide a large open plan space with wood flooring. The Shaker-style units house all the equipment you would expect to see in a modern functional kitchen and allow space for the 'Rangemaster' cooker. Beyond a peninsular work surface is another good space currently used as a dining room, although it could equally well be utilised as a lounge, to make this combined area the hub of the house. From this area French doors lead to the back garden. The utility room, with its back door, has been extended into the garage although, although if one required a full sized garage, the stud wall could easily be removed. A turning staircase from the entrance hall leads to a spacious galleried landing with doors off to each of the five bedrooms. The large master bedroom suite is at one end of the landing, whilst a shower room at the other end serves bedrooms 3 and 4. In the middle of the landing, a separate WC and recently re-fitted bathroom, serve the remaining two bedrooms."
