A spacious, traditionally built family home that lends itself to some improvement and modernisation perfectly located close to Guildford's well regarded schools and within a walk of the High Street and the station. DETAILS This is a marvellous opportunity for someone to create a fabulous family home with great room sizes in a quiet residential location and would lend itself to extension, subject to planning permission. A wooden front door leads from the covered entrance porch into the entrance hallway, which allows access to all principal rooms on the ground floor.
