The property is situated on a good sized garden plot and is within easy reach of local amenities and popular schools.

Situation
The property is located in a favoured residential area of Burpham about two miles east of Guildford town centre. There are a number of shops close by plus a Sainsbury's Superstore, as well as Sutherland Memorial Park with it's sports and recreational facilities. There is also a road connection nearby with the A3, which connects with the M25 orbital motorway in a few minute's drive. There are a number of popular schools within walking distance including George Abbot secondary and Burpham Primary schools.
