"Situated within a popular location close to local amenities and sought after schools this four bedroom end of terrace house provides spacious living accommodation arranged over three floors, with a neatly maintained garden, garage and off road parking.

The front door opens into the entrance hall with a door opening to the front aspect kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a range of Shaker style eye and base level units comprising an integrated oven with gas hob, and space for a washing machine and fridge freezer. The good sized living room features a wood surround fireplace and a useful understairs storage cupboard. Sliding doors provide access to the conservatory, currently used as a dining room, which enjoys views over the south facing garden and direct access onto the patio.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, along with a family bathroom. A staircase leads to the second floor where there is a generous fourth bedroom with Velux style window and a good amount of eaves storage.
