"Situated in an elevated position, in a small cul-de-sac, is this modern 3 bedroom property which has been a comfortable and practical family home for the current owners for a number of years. The house is approached by steps from the parking area and on entering through the front door, a wide hallway area meets you giving access to the rest of the ground floor. The kitchen overlooking the front has a cheerful, light aspect and offers an array of built in cupboards as well as a gas hob and electric oven. There is also space to create a breakfast bar area should you wish. To the rear of the house is a large open plan sitting room/diner with good understairs storage and French doors leading to the patio. Upstairs, in addition to the single bedroom, there are two double bedrooms, the slightly larger which has a shower en-suite and a wall of sliding wardrobes. The rear garden is unusual in that it is tiered with both a paved area and lawn and has two mature trees on the rear boundary on the top tier which frame the outlook and provide a natural backdrop. There is easy access to the A3 and the train station is a short car ride away.
