"This excellent semi-detached home provides a real sense of space on both the ground floor with the living accommodation and the upstairs bedroom area. The entrance hall via the composite front door is nice and wide featuring porcelain tiled flooring which continues into the downstairs cloakroom and kitchen. The cloakroom is fitted with a white suite and has a shuttered opaque window. The open plan sitting/dining room is a great area for both activities as well as an excellent entertaining space. L-shaped and incorporating two areas areas, one for sofa's around an attractive fireplace, and the other within a largely glazed section which is perfect for a dining table. A further reception room, originally the garage, leads off the main room and works well as a family room or study. There is a separate utility/store-room with plumbing for washing machine.

The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a comprehensive range of white units complemented by black granite work surfaces and a range of integral appliances include an Electrolux five-burner gas hob with extractor canopy over, separate double oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There are front aspect shuttered windows and ample space for a four seater dining table.

The stairs then lead to the first floor landing which incorporates a linen cupboard with slatted shelving and a separate cupboard housing the hot water tank.
