This four bedroom house has been extended on the ground floor and now provides spacious family accommodation. From the entrance hall there are double doors onto a large reception room, currently used as a dining room. this enjoys views and direct access via bi-fold doors onto a docked verandah and rear garden. The sitting room also has sliding patio doors onto the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern, white high-gloss units, integrated hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and space for a fridge/freezer.
