Originally built in the mid 1940's this is a pretty single storey cottage with versatile accommodation of just under 1500 sqft and has planning permission for a double oak framed car port and garage. There is a large dining/reception room with a log burning stove, which sits in the centre of the property and provides access to a veranda. Leading from this is the kitchen and 'L' shaped reception room, both rooms have the benefit of large bay windows. The property has the added benefits of both a utility room and cloakroom.
