"Farley Green is in an area surrounded by many miles of open countryside. The property is an impressive single storey family home, with spacious and versatile accommodation. The front door opens into an entrance porch with room to hang coats and boots, with a window to the front and tiled floor. The main hallway has parquet flooring, which runs through into the lounge, which is situated at the front of the property. Two large bay windows overlook the pretty front/side garden and a feature open fireplace with tiled surround gives the room a warm and homely feel, and there is plenty of space in this well proportioned room to relax and unwind. There is an extremely large utility room gives you room for all your laundry requirements including a purpose built airing cupboard, work surfaces, storage cupboards, sink, in addition there is a separate area which would be an ideal boot or dog room and has access to the garden. The family bathroom has recently been re-modelled with white tiled walls, bath and integral shower, basin and W/C, slate tiled floor gives this a very contemporary feel.
