"This is a deceptively large four bedroom end of terrace family home. Tucked away in a quiet corner of a cul-de-sac, close to Rodborough School, the property has been extended by the current owner to provide a fourth bedroom, dining room and downstairs WC. It boasts generous living accommodation and a surprisingly large enclosed rear garden backing on to woodlands.

The first reception room is generously proportioned benefitting from dual aspect windows, a feature fireplace and new oak laminate flooring which extends through the kitchen. The kitchen has a range of white fitted units with a gas hob and electric oven, space for the dishwasher and washing machine with the sink located beneath the window. This leads into the double aspect dining room with its full width sliding doors opening onto the patio, and a tiled floor. There is access to the downstairs WC and an external door leading to a courtyard with a good sized summerhouse to the side of the property. The summerhouse is fitted with tv point and several electric points providing space for an office, gym or children's den.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, three of which are double bedrooms and the family bathroom. The well proportioned master bedroom benefits from having French windows and a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden and woodland. The bathroom is finished in a contemporary style, having a white suite and an electric shower over the bath.
What makes this home unique is its surprisingly large enclosed rear garden. Occupying a corner plot it is considerably larger than those of its neighbours extending behind two adjacent properties. With woodland on both sides the garden is mainly laid to lawn with established borders planted with bushes, shrubs, apple and cherry trees. In addition to the summerhouse there is a garden shed providing additional storage space and the garage is located close by in a block.
