"An excellent family home, owned by the same family for some 40 years which takes full advantage of its favoured setting in a quiet no through road in the heart of Busbridge. Set in lovely, level gardens that extend to 0.4 of an acre the rear garden is mature and very secluded with a southerly aspect. The accommodation is well proportioned and centred around a very generous reception hall and landing with plenty of natural light evident everywhere. There is an open Adam style fireplace in the sitting room and a balcony leads off the main bedroom suite which overlooks the rear garden.
