DETAILS An attractive two bedroom semi-detached Victorian house believed to have been built in 1886 having brick elevations under a pitched slate roof. In recent years the property has been the subject of considerable improvement by the present owners, who have taken care to retain many original period features. Internally the house retains a great deal of charm and character with bright and well proportioned rooms presented in excellent decorative order throughout. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, bay fronted sitting room with open fireplace, dining room and kitchen, whilst on the first floor there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, second bedroom and shower room. There is a large landing which provides access to a useful fully boarded and lined attic via a folding ladder.
