"This is a deceptively spacious four bedroom semi-detached family home located in the popular Busbridge area of Godalming, close to sought after local schools. The property provides more than 1,500 square feet of living space.

Coming through the front door there is a hall with the reception room to the right hand side and a WC on the left, with the kitchen ahead. The well proportioned through reception room has a sitting room at the front with a feature fireplace and the dining area at the rear. There are glass sliding doors opening onto the patio area and the rear garden. The kitchen has a range of fitted eye-level and base units and a breakfast bar, overlooking the garden. The kitchen leads to the generous utility room with access to the front. It is equipped with a sink and space for appliances. The surprise is the family room, again with glass sliding doors opening onto the garden, plus a separate shower room with WC. This room has previously been used as accommodation for an elderly relative and as a home office.
In addition there is a porch leading to the patio.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three of which are double bedrooms and the family bathroom which is fitted with a white suite, including a power shower over the bath.
