"An extended 3/4 bedroom semi detached family house with large garden set in the popular Busbridge area within easy reach of the town and all its amenities.

DETAILS An attractive four bedroom semi-detached family house having brick and part rendered elevations under a pitched tiled roof. The property is believed to have been originally built in the 1930's and has over the years been the subject of considerable improvement with works that have included the addition of a two storey extension considerably improving the accommodation. The extension has created an excellent family/dining room which leads from the kitchen and overlooks the rear garden, as well as almost doubling the size of the main bedroom and adding a fourth bedroom, which is accessed from the main bedroom although there is potential to use part of the bathroom to extend the landing and access the room directly. The other accommodation includes an entrance hall with useful cloaks area, cloakroom, a delightful sitting room with open fireplace and a fitted kitchen. On the first floor there are a total of four bedrooms and a family bathroom.
