"This spacious detached home is situated on a quiet residential road in the highly sought after Busbridge area of Godalming. On entering the property there is an entrance hall with 2 useful storage cupboards. The door to the left leads to the well proportioned 'L' shaped sitting room which has a front aspect, double glazed leaded light bay window as well as rear aspect double glaze sliding doors to the garden. This room has a light decor, a feature fireplace and stairs to the first floor. To the right off the entrance hall is bedroom 4 which has a front aspect and is currently used as a study by the present owner. The next room along is the dining room with a front aspect double glazed leaded light window, again with a light decor. This room could also be used as a bedroom if required. The next room is bedroom 3 which is a double bedroom with a rear aspect double glazed window. The family bathroom has a white suite comprising a corner bath panel enclosed bath, low level wc, wash basin, light coloured wall and floor tiles and two rear aspect, double glazed frosted windows. The last room on the ground floor is the fitted kitchen that offers a range of base and eye level beech effect units, a granite effect work surface, stainless steel sink and drainer, built in oven with gas hob and stainless steel extractor above, integrated dishwasher, space for fridge and freezer and space and plumbing for washing machine, lightly coloured floor tiles.
