The dining room is particularly of note with triple aspect over the garden, French doors opening onto the terrace and huge windows flooding the area with natural light. All bedrooms are on the first floor and incorporate a master suite with ensuite shower room, four further bedrooms and a large family bathroom.

Situation
The property occupies both a pleasant & convenient location on the outskirts of the town within the favoured Busbridge area. Located on the very edge of Busbridge, the property has beautiful views over open countryside and yet is within easy reach of several excellent schools including Busbridge Infant & Junior School, St Edmunds, as well as the Sixth Form College & St Hilary's Preparatory School. Godalming Town is within 1.25 miles & has a pretty semi-pedestrianised High Street, with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Waitrose & Sainsbury's supermarkets. For the commuter, there is a good 47 minute rail service into Waterloo from Godalming station.
