DETAILS An attractive three bedroom detached family house having brick elevations under a pitched tiled roof. Believed to have been originally built in the 1930s, the property has recently been the subject of considerable improvements with works including the refitting of the kitchen and bathroom, together with the addition of a conservatory and the installation of sealed unit double glazing. The property provides bright and well planned accommodation that includes, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, delightful bay fronted living room with open fireplace, kitchen/breakfast room, conservatory, cloakroom and bathroom. On the first floor there is a landing and three bedrooms. Planning Permission has also been granted for a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension that would create a fourth bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor, as well as considerably improving the ground floor accommodation.
