"A beautifully presented detached home with bright, airy living space in a popular residential road, close to the town centre and mainline station. Extended and updated, the property has a crisp, contemporary finish with a fabulous kitchen, family and dining space across the back of the house with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling glass flooding the area with warmth and natural light. Clean, neutral decor throughout highlights exposed timber picture rails, skirting board and doors and provides a pleasant offset against a modern, well equipped kitchen and contemporary bathroom suites. The open plan kitchen/family area across the rear of the house has wonderful views over the rear garden with double doors opening onto a large paved terrace. An access door from the side also leads to a small courtyard area with a detached studio or office and also leads into the back of the adjoining garage. There are three good sized bedrooms on the first floor and a recently refitted family bathroom.
