"A beautifully remodelled and refurbished detached house, which is believed to date back to 1939. The house is very light and the extremely well presented accommodation is ideal for a growing family, with the well proportioned double aspect sitting room having an open fireplace, built in furniture and doors out to the garden. The beautifully fitted kitchen/dining room features granite work surfaces, built-in appliances, and further doors out to the garden, and into the dining or family room. The main bedroom also features built-in furniture with an en suite shower room, with the family bathroom

(each with under floor heating) serving the remaining two bedrooms. The house lends itself to being extended and or a loft conversion (subject to planning), particularly as the first floor landing is such a good size.

Situation
Wolseley Road is located on the Guildford side of the town, between Farncombe and Godalming, being a pleasant well established residential road, with houses mainly built at around the turn of century. It is a very convenient position, well away from main roads, with a footpath close by, which provides a pedestrian 'short cut' down into Godalming by The Lammas Lands and another which links with Farncombe mainline station within half a mile. Farncombe village also provides a good selection of local shops, as well as the wide expanse of Broadwater Park, with its large lake and adjacent Leisure Centre. There is a good range of schools for all age groups in the immediate area. Access onto the A3 the London/Portsmouth Road can be found at Hurtmore, whilst the County Town of Guildford is about 4 miles away.

The front garden is laid to lawn behind a brick wall and clipped hedging and a path leads to the front door & also down the right hand side of the house. The attached garage and driveway provide additional parking.
