"This is a three bedroom semi-detached family home, within walking distance of Farncombe Station and local amenities, with scope for modernisation. The property is offered to the market with no onward chain.

On coming through the front door there is a well proportioned hall off which all the rooms radiate. To your right there is a WC, to the left there is the front reception room with its fireplace. The second door on the left is to the second reception room, again with a fireplace and views over the rear garden. A sliding door leads into the kitchen, which has a back door providing access to the garden. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two of which have views over the rear garden. In addition there is a family bathroom and a separate WC on the half landing.

The big surprise is the generous South East facing garden, extending to well over 100 feet in length. It is mainly laid to lawn with established shrubs and trees. At the front there is off street parking for one car at present, with potential to create a second space.
