"This is a charming two bedroom apartment located on the first floor of converted Victorian house. The house is built of the attractive local Bargate stone and is situated on a no through road over looking Godalming.

The accommodation comprises a well proportioned reception room, with its feature fireplace, dual aspect windows benefitting from being South facing. The two generous bedrooms are of about equal size, both having their original marble fireplaces. The master is at the front with elegant sash windows.
