"An attractive two bedroom Victorian semi-detached house with off road parking and large south facing garden with views over woodland.

Details The property is a mature residential 'no through' road conveniently located within walking distance of the town centre and main line station. Number 167 enjoys an enviable position located towards the end of the road benefiting from lovely views over woodland and being only a short walk of the river Wey and its towpaths. The property itself is believed to have been built around 1900 being constructed having red brick elevations under a pitched tiled roof. Internally the house retains much of the original charm and character of its period, however, has in recent years been the subject of many improvements with works that have included a refitted kitchen and bathroom. The accommodation which is presented in good decorative order is arranged over three levels with a sitting room and dining room on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the first floor and a kitchen and bathroom on the lower ground floor. Outside there is off road parking for one car whilst to the rear of the house there is a large south facing garden with a lovely outlook over woodland.
