Situation
This Victorian converted flat is located in a popular & highly regarded location on Frith Hill, with the centre of Godalming being approximately 1 mile, with its attractive High Street and a wide range of shops (inc Waitrose & Sainsbury's supermarkets), restaurants, cafes. Godalming station serves Waterloo in about 47 minutes & access on to the A3 London/Portsmouth Road, which links with the M25 is close by. Farncombe station which can be approached via a footpath at the end of an adjacent road is an alternative, (Waterloo in just over 40 minutes.) This property is also well located for Broadwater and Charterhouse leisure centres. A series of footpaths lead off the other side of Frith Hill on to open countryside.
