"This delightful period cottage instantly impresses with characterful features such as stripped pine floors, traditional door furniture and ironmongery, lovely fireplaces and panelled walls, which all provide an overall charming feel.
There are two bedrooms and a first floor bathroom, as well storage cupboards on the landing and under the stairs. There is a living room with a log burning stove and a dining room with French Doors that open out to the garden entertaining area. Of particular note is the kitchen with its painted cabinetry, offering plenty of storage; this room was a later addition and features a high vaulted ceiling.

Situation
The property enjoys an extremely accessible location, on the lower slopes of Frith Hill, near to both Farncombe (0.45miles) and Godalming (0.8miles) stations, the journey to Waterloo taking from about 45-47 minutes. A half mile walk will bring you to attractive riverside walks along the Wey Navigations, as well as Godalming‘s High Street. This thriving town includes Sainsbury‘s and Waitrose supermarkets and a variety of specialist shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Guildford is 5 miles to the north, and the A3 is within 3 miles providing fast driving to London, the M25 and the south coast. A wide choice of schools, both state and private, for all age groups are convenient. Heathrow and Gatwick are only 28 miles and 36 miles respectively.
