"This beautifully presented family home is situated in the centre of Godalming, just 0.7 miles and 0.6 miles from the Godalming and Farncombe Main Line Train Stations respectively. Originally built circa the 16th Century and later extended in 1860, this classically styled townhouse clad with Bargate Stone offers extensive flexible accommodation that includes both a detached office and a self-contained one bedroom apartment. Within the main house there are magnificent period features in the principle reception rooms such as deep decorative ceiling cornices; there is a dual aspect formal sitting room with marble fireplace and a dual aspect dining room with French doors leading to the York Stone terrace; perfect for entertaining. A third reception room/'TV' room also with French doors to the terrace, leads directly to the fully fitted kitchen while a large well proportion family room
