"Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with only three properties is this detached family home. The property offers plenty of reception space downstairs with a large living room which leads in to a family room/dining room as well as the kitchen and ever useful WC. Upstairs the master bedroom has an en suite whilst a family bathroom services the remaining two bedrooms. This house also has a garage and well maintained gardens.

Godalming is a picturesque town with a good range of boutique shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and country pubs. Guildford, just 5.4 miles away offers extensive further shopping with many high street names, department stores, a theatre and many other leisure amenities.

Godalming has long been a popular choice for home buyers due to its excellent train links into Waterloo (47 minutes) and its close proximity to the A3 providing direct road links to both London and the south coast as well as excellent schooling; both private and state funded.

At the heart of the town is its cobbled high street and its iconic and quirky n++Pepperpotn++ which was originally built as the Town Hall in 1814. The townn++s centre is dotted with narrow attractive streets punctuated with ancient and historic buildings which give the town its distinctive character.
