SITUATION
Coombe Field is situated in a highly desirable, sought after and quiet residential road within the Charterhouse district of Godalming and sits approximately one mile in-between of Godalming town centre and main line railway station to the south and the A3 to the north. Godalming is a unique Saxon town over 1200 years old, with interesting old pubs, museum and churches. DESCRIPTION
Believed to have been built in 1901, Coombe Field is a very pretty Edwardian property which began life as a single dwelling to then be extensively but carefully, divided into 6 apartments.
