"The property comprises a linked detached double fronted split level house which was built during the early/mid 1960's.The property is joined to the
neighbouring house by their garaging only. The house is both light with most of the principal rooms being either double or triple aspect and provides enormous potential for refurbishment and extension (subject to planning permission).
There are some woodblock floors, an open fireplace in the sitting room with two sets of French doors leading to the terraces (one in particular is nicely sheltered), and rear garden which features a lovely Magnolia, and enjoys a wooded backdrop and southerly aspect.

Situation
Quietly located in an established and favoured residential part of Godalming, positioned on the highest point of Frith Hill well away from main roads and associated traffic noise. Godalming town centre is within a mile, with its wide range of shops, restaurants and cafes as well as with Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets. Farncombe and Godalming mainline stations (both close by) serve Waterloo in about 42 and 47 minutes respectively. Access onto the A3, which links with the M25 is available at Hurtmore. Also conveniently located for a number of highly regarded local schools, both state and private which include Charterhouse and Prior's Field A series of footpaths lead off the other side of Frith Hill onto open countryside and Bluebell woods which in turn lead down into Binscombe, Compton and latterly connecting with the Old Pilgrim's Way.
