"A semi-detached three storey town house, probably dating from the 1960's, which enjoys fabulous views over the town to The Chantries in Guildford and across to Unsted and Shalford in the distance. Only recently the property had been improved and updated with new carpeting but still provides ongoing potential for purchasers to place their own stamp on the house. The lower ground floor could be used as an annexe even more so if this space were incorporated with the existing adjacent garage. There may be scope to enlarge the overall accommodation, either by the conversion of the integral garage or an extension to the side (subject to planning permission).

Situation
Occupying a prominent corner plot in a particularly convenient location, between all the amenities provided by Farncombe and the very useful general store at Binscombe which has extended shopping hours. Farncombe mainline station is within half a mile serving Waterloo in just over 40 minutes. Godalming Town centre is about a mile away with its historic High Street, wider choice of shops, restaurants, cafes, Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets. Schools are also within easy reach. Access onto open countryside including Broadwater Park with its lovely lake, golf course and leisure centre is also within about 0.75 mile.
