"This is an attractive four bedroom detached house, having brick rendered and part tile hung elevations under a pitched tiled roof, with an integrated single garage.

The property was built in 2006 by Bewley Homes plc, having been constructed to a high specification and is still covered by the balance of its Zurich guarantee. Bewley Homes was founded in 1991 with the philosophy of building quality homes that people would aspire to own, located in desirable locations.
