"Tucked away down a quiet cul-de-sac is this extremely well presented and modern, two bedroom semi-detached home. Built in 2017, this home was built to a high specification with bright and spacious feel throughout. The accommodation spans two floors and comprises; a welcoming entrance hall; a cloakroom; a fitted kitchenbreakfast room with integrated appliances including a washerdryer, dishwasher, and fridgefreezer; and a bright sitting room with French doors leading to the garden. This home is located in a quiet position just outside Farnham on the East Side with lovely walks close by including along the river valley to the ruins of Waverley Abbey.
