"An extremely individual attached Victorian house with rendered elevations set out on three floors providing elegant and stylish living accommodation, and extending to 3,300sq feet. Much of the original character has been retained with impressive marble mantle pieces, high ceilings, ornate cornicing and strip pine internal doors. The house has been very well maintained over the years and is in good decorative order with a modern kitchen with rustic pine units and granite work surfaces. The large reception hall with its quarry tile floor is open to the dining room again with floor tiles and in turn leads into the elegant drawing room with wood flooring, large fireplace and two sets of doors opening onto the conservatory. The accommodation provides great flexibility particularly on the top floor which could easily be used as a guest annexe or teenage suite with kitchenette.

Situation
Occupying a good central location within easy reach of the local doctors surgery and Rowledge village which has a newsagents, post office, butcher, public houses, cricket green, tennis and bowls clubs, there is also a highly regarded primary school in the village. The surrounding area offers many miles of open countryside ideal for walking and riding including the South Downs National Park which incorporates Alice Holt Forest. Much of the heath and common land to the south is under the ownership of The National Trust including Frensham Ponds. Farnham provides an extensive range of shops, pubs and restaurants, leisure and sporting facilities and there is a mainline station to Waterloo.
