"Tucked away down a quiet cul de sac in the heart of the Town Centre and offered to the market with no onward chain, is this very well presented semi detached 2 bedroom character house. Having been extended and improved upon by the current owner, this home offers a wonderful blend of modern and period features. The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of an entrance hall with stairs that lead to the first floor. This in turn leads to the sitting room with a feature fireplace and an opening into the kitchen dining room. The kitchen has modern fitted units with integrated appliances and opens into the dining room with a sky lantern providing ample light and sliding doors leading to the courtyard. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Moving to the first floor there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom with a modern suite. In all a great town centre home.
