DETAILS DESCRIPTION A truly stunning three bedroom property located on a select development on the edge of Farnham town centre. The property has been extended and modernised to a high standard.

To the ground floor there is an entrance hall with downstairs cloakroom and access into the kitchen and living room. The kitchen was refitted in 2010 by the current owners with white high gloss units and wooden work tops and has integrated washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer. The 15'9 living room has a storage cupboard, wood flooring and has double glazed sliding doors to the decking in the back garden.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a refitted contemporary bathroom. Bedroom two has a range of fitted wardrobes and built in airing cupboard.
