"A modern three storey end of terrace town house with versatile accommodation. The house has been altered and improved in recent years and is now presented in excellent order throughout. Included in the refurbishment programme was the installation of a luxury kitchen with an excellent range of wall and base units with granite worktops, integrated Bosch double oven and five ring gas hob and integrated microwave. The tiled floor has under floor heating and doors open to the recently added conservatory with double doors opening out onto the garden. The bathroom and en-suite shower room and cloakroom have all been refitted to a high standard. The accommodation is well proportioned and flexible and we would recommend an internal inspection.

Situation
The property is situated in a well established residential cul-de-sac of similar style properties within half a mile walk of the centre of Farnham town. Farnham provides a comprehensive mix of pubs, shops and restaurants as well as excellent leisure and cultural facilities including sports centre and the Maltings art centre. Immediately adjoining the development are the beautiful water meadows across which there are footpaths leading to Farnham railway station which provides a 55 minute service to Waterloo. The area is well served with excellent schools for all age groups.
