"This is a particularly elegant
period town house (Grade II* listed),
understood to date from the 16th century
with classic early 18th century Queen Anne
mellow brick elevations and is one of the
most handsome properties in the town.
Within the last year the house has been
carefully and extensively restored and
enlarged to now provide a highly successful
marriage of period features and
contemporary living providing the best of
both worlds. Under detailed professional
supervision, improvements include
re-wiring, re-plumbing, timber treatment,
new bathrooms and landscaping of the
grounds. The enlargement has created a
stunning, vaulted single storey Kitchen/
