"A beautifully presented period town house situated in a wonderful Georgian street with versatile living space and a great deal of character. The house has Georgian fronted rendered elevations relieved by sash windows under a slate tile roof and is set out over three floors. Much of the character has been retained and has been the subject of extensive refurbishment in recent years. The sitting room has exposed oak flooring, part panelled walls and a wood burning stove in the fireplace. Steps lead up into the kitchen which effortlessly combines the old and new with wooden flooring, large open plan feel with light flooding through from the atrium roof in the dining area. The kitchen is fitted with a comprehensive range of units with wooden work surfaces and fitted with a gas and electric range cooker. There are double doors opening onto the courtyard garden, which in turn leads to the refurbished Office. On the first floor there is a modern fitted bathroom with quadrant shower and the bedroom is currently used as a sitting room. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and en-suite shower room. The house has gas fired central heating and there is a very useful and sizeble basement with a window, which has plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer. Storage space is in good supply with a good sized loft which has planning consent to install a dormer window.

Situation
Castle Street is the most prestigious road in Farnham with a mixture of predominantly Georgian architecture and the house is situated within a few minutes walk from the centre of town.
