"Ardmore is the western half of a substantial house of the Edwardian period with additions, divided into two many years ago and retaining the proportions and features of its period. On the market for the first time in 50 years, Ardmore has a distinctive character and offers space and sunny rooms with high ceilings, principally south east and south west aspects and a flexible arrangement with large ground floor rooms. In a location worthy of extension if desired, subject to planning permission. The elevations are of mellow brick with timber framed largely sash windows under a largely tiled roof with gables.

Situation
The house occupies a particularly fine position within a Conservation Area in one of the most highly regarded locations in the Farnham area, away from the main traffic routes and noted for its substantial properties.
