"A super semi-detached house originally built around the late 1800s which was enlarged in 1981 and again in 2007 / 08. The property offers some wonderful rooms and has a light and airy feel throughout with a good degree of flexibility. The property affords a wonderful open aspect with views directly over The Bourne Green. Properties on The Bourne Green are rarely available and this house is ideal for a growing family located in a popular and charming location.

Situation
This delightful cottage occupies a mature setting in an established and popular location opposite the village green, only a short walk from the village centre and local shops. The Bourne has a village community with tennis courts, a cricket green, club and local church. The immediate surrounding area boasts many miles of open countryside much of which is under the ownership of The National Trust ideal for walking, riding and other country pursuits. There is a choice of good golf courses nearby, sailing at Frensham and the south coast is easily accessible.
