"This beautifully presented four bedroom, two bath/shower room family home is immaculately presented and enjoys a peaceful location moments from Telegraph Hill.

This great property is also in close proximity to the centre of Hinchley Wood with its' excellent range of local shops which include a convenience store, butchers and a bakery as well as other amenities including a doctors surgery and vets.

Furthermore there is Hinchley Wood Train Station with its' direct service to London Waterloo and highly regarded local schools are also readily to hand.

The superb accommodation, which has been extended and modernised by our clients, is wonderfully light and airy throughout and is entered through the welcoming hallway which features original wood panelling.

Since January 2014 the house has undergone an extensive programme of refurbishment and a ground floor rear extension.
This programme of works has included re-wiring, re-plumbing and re-plastering and also the installation of new windows, radiators and doors.

On the ground floor the main feature is very much the stunning open plan rear reception room which our clients have created.
