"Although in need of general updating, this fabulous house is a well balanced, well configured and generously proportioned five bedroomed family home. It is in an excellent position within one of Esher's most popular areas and combining with excellent scope for future improvement, undoubtedly makes this a very sought after home.

From the spacious hallway, double doors open onto a fabulous sized living room, which has a very attractive stone feature fireplace with a gas fire. This wonderful room, which is decorated in neutral colours, is light, bright and airy and is a fabulous room in which to relax in. Quadruple glazed sliding doors open onto a large conservatory, which has a tiled floor, electronically operated individual ceiling blinds, has power and heating and twin double doors which open onto the lovely garden. The kitchen leads off the living room and has a good range of units and work surfaces to include a breakfast bar and includes a built in single oven, a separate oven/microwave, a four ring electric hob and extractor hood above, space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher and space for a fridge.
