"The scene is set the moment you arrive at the front of the property and it continues as you enter the good size hallway with its attractive wood flooring. Glazed wooden double doors lead into a large dining room which has wood flooring and a pretty bay window. Decorated in neutral colours, it is light bright and airy and a fabulous room in which to dine. The fabulous kitchen/breakfast room can be accessed from two parts of the hallway, has a tiled floor and an excellent range of fitted units with granite work surfaces to incorporate a breakfast bar. Fitted appliances include twin ovens, a five-ring gas hob with extractor hood above, a dishwasher, a wine cooler and there is space for a large free standing fridge/freezer.
